No 5g coverage. ID Mobile are charging for a service and failing to provide it
No 5g coverage
ID Mobile service absolutely stinks. All complaints are ignored and they have refused to provide a deadlock letter.

Several complaints have been raised. None gave been resolved. I am in the process of ditching ID. Mobile altogether and switching back to a Smarty SIM which does offer a genuine unrestricted 5g experience. ID Mobile lack of support and complete failure to investigate and address the issue has been an absolute disgrace.

I’d recommend keeping to one complaint and being patient, raising multiple complaints would not accelerate a process.
