I am on an Sasmung S7 Android 8 and for the past 2 weeks I'm getting a message: No data service temporarily not offered at your location.
Is happens 10 to 15 times a day and is driving me nuts. I cannot turn the message off and it does not seem to have an impact on my data connectivety.
Anyone else seen or experienced this, if so did you fix it is and how.

Checking on Google, I found that this seems to be a more common issue with Android handsets but possible an issue with coverage.
Have you tried checking the coverage in your area? PM me with your postcode and I'll take a look at this for you.
