no service energency calls only

Is there a problem with the network. Both myself and hubby have ID Sun cards I’m using iPhone so can get WiFi calls hubby using android. Up until yesterday I was getting a connection to with ID but hubby has been on emergency calls only for 5 days, now I have no connection either. BL5 area

It may have been a temporary issue in your area.

Have you got the full postcode for us so we can check the masts for you?
