Please assist as we have no service for 3 days now.Every ID mobile channel cannot give me any answers I have been and bought another SIM from another company so I can ring out.

Have you tried restarting the phone?
What’s the full postcode of where you are?
Do you have coverage away from home?
If you have no service no matter where you go the issue could be handset related or an issue with the SIM.
