No service for almost 24 hours

I’ve tried turning eSIM off, airplane mode, restarting, driving to a different area…

I cannot get my service to turn on. Service at my home is not good, but WiFi calling was working fine & could send texts/imessage.

Now I have no access to my mobile number.

Can anyone give any ideas how to fix this?

The iD support via Facebook Messenger, and X (formerly Twitter) isn’t real-time. 

The iD advisers usually respond within an hour or two, but not always - they work until 8pm on weekdays.

Other forum members seem to have success using Facebook Messenger.

It’ll be worth noting that the Twitter chat isn’t a 24 hour live chat service, they’ll respond there when possible.

 

Do you still require assistance with this?

 

It may be best to try a replacement SIM/eSIM, which we can assist with sending out, or the Twitter team can.

I did get support via X & fixed the issue (was setting I’d triggered by mistake)
