My bill will be going up significantly and I don’t want to pay for it when I’m receiving horrendous service, an average of 10mbps.
I’m wondering if I can cancel without paying the early termination fee’s due to a mix of the price rise and service speeds?

Sorry to hear you are unhappy with the speeds being received. We don’t guarantee a minimum speed as there are many factors to this.
Happy to look into the coverage for you, however, you wouldn’t be able to cancel without charge as the CPI increase is part of the agreed Terms & Conditions.
