i need a replacement sim as my current stopped working this morning. i have no phone i can use and cannot get through any other way.

A replacement SIM won’t always be the fix to a problem.
Cany ou give us a bit more information on this.
Are you seeing no service no matter which phone you put the SIM in? Or do you see some (in which case the issue is coverage related)?
