sim stop working unable to log into ID after receiving two emails from ID

ID Sent two email one saying asking hows your upgrade and then a further email saying sent in error.

When i turn on my phone now states no sim and unable to log into my ID account via mobile says working being carried out.

Its now been three days.

The 2 emails are a separate issue we’re aware of and should not have impacted or caused the 3rd.

Have you got the full postcode for us so we can take a look at the coverage for you?

Just to clarify when I switch on my mobile its says no SIM  no.

I can get into most applications but when I try to log I to My ID Mobile Account it says we are carrying out maintenance please try later.

But I can log into my ID Account if I use a Laptop ? 

My Post code CH460RZ.

I’ve checked the postcode there was some planned work on the 4th Feb, 9th Feb and 10th Feb but no outage.

Are you able to try the SIM in another handset? Does this work at all?

Failing that, we’ll PM you to check the SIM is active and no issues on the account.
