I have a Pixel 6 phone and have an id mobile physical SIM and Vodafone esim installed. Mobile phone signal in my workplace is terrible, however the Vodafone SIM uses WiFi calling with no issues however ID mobile never moves to WiFi calling and continually drops calls. Is this being looked at as I'm looking at my contract end date soon and this is a driver to move away from id.

With iD SIM as primary SIM, have you got a Wi-Fi Calling preferred option in the Android settings,
I ended up having to get a new SIM and it seems to have solved the issue.
