Address and Postcode Mixup

Hi,

I recently upgraded my account and ordered a new phone. But DPD have been unable to deliver the new phone as there was a mix-up with the address and postcode and they did not match. I did change the Delivery address for the the phone via the website using the Dropdown box to select the correct address but for some reason after selecting the address the system defaulted back to my old Post code, hence they did not match. I have since gone back onto my account and corrected this. I have also tried to contact Carphone Warehouse customer service Chat but they have been unable to access my account to resolve this, presumably because of the postcode/address mixup. All I have been told to do is take my ID and proof of address to my local store which in the current circumstances is impossible,

How do I get this resolved….??? or do I have to wait until things are back to normal whatever and whenever that may be.

Hoping this can be sorted sooner rather than later
