being billed for a phone I have not received

good afternoon,

 

a while back I upgraded my phone. due to the pandemic I assumed the phone did not arrive as other parcels had vbeen delivered at a much later date than expected. I have looked at my bank statements and it seems I am being charged for a phone I do not have. can someone clear this up ie, where the phone is if at all sent or why I am being billed for a service I am not in receipt of?

That’s certainly concerning that you’ve apparently not received your upgrade in the post.

Generally speaking these things would always be sent tracked through DPD so we’ll be able to investigate just where exactly things are currently and assist further as need be.
