Delivery of SIM card - no sign, self help and service rubbish

A new customer and my phone was delivered the very next day after order was placed.  However its day 5 and I am yet to receive a SIM card.  Similar postings from other customers you have replied to them  saying 3-5 days but on your website you say it should take no longer than 4 days.  When can I expect this SIM card to arrive which I am paying for?  I’m after a definitive answer for my individual order.  My experience of your automated phone line (which hangs up or is just unhelpful), chatbots, website articles and general navigation is giving me concern that this is going to be a painful couple of years with IDMobile…...if the SIM arrives.
