I have 2 ID Sims both of which have been lost  and my username/email address is no longer in use - how can I close these accounts and start again ?

Hi @RobN,

We can issue new SIM cards for each plan and help you log in if this is any better? Either way, we have sent you a PM now so that we can offer support.
