I’m a new customer looking to switch over from three network I’ve ordered online from yourselves the upfront payments been taken from my bank account but I have not received any order confirmation

I’ve placed an order a week ago, the upfront payment has been taken from my bank, but I’ve not received any confirmation email confirming my order.

Did nothing potentially go to your junk email at all?  If not, then it’s possible you may have made a typo when entering your email as you definitely should have had some updates by now.
