I ordered a new phone and contract yesterday, but haven't received an email confirming it has been bought or when it will be shipped and delivered. Help?

I am unable to do live chat because it says to input my ID mobile number but I don't have one yet because I'm not with ID yet and am waiting for my confirmation for the new phone to arrive
