No SIM in delivered

I bought a new phone on contract via Carphone Warehouse on Saturday 3rd October for my son’s birthday.  The Phone arrived on Sunday - but there is no SIM in the box 

 

I’ve been trying to speak to an agent on lie for two days and no one is available

Very strange @CW Crossfit, was this a brand new purchase from them?  Or an upgrade done on an existing account?

If it’s the latter, you can keep using your old SIM.

If it’s the former, then we’d advise speaking to the Carphone Warehouse store again to have them provide you with a free SIM as they should have.
