i have ordered a phone to which i received an email saying item is out of stock and to contact you if i want to cancel. i am unable to do the live chat as i do not have a id number yet. so i am wondering when the phone is going to be in stock and if i have to wait too long then how i cancel my order considering i cant actually speak to someone in person!!
