Hi, I’ve had a letter on the 24/04/20 confirming the set up of my direct debit. However I am yet to receive my SIM card. Due to Covid 19 safety measures I cannot get in touch with anyone to help solve this issue! I am being charged for a SIM card that I haven’t used.

Live chat is always offline because of Covid , i ordered something on ebay and comes after 2 days and with you for a pay monthly sim i need to wait over 6 business days ... big dislike for this

Contacted you 4 weeks ago to inform you I lost my phone, you took the necessary actions to cancel phone and sim .A new sim was sent to me as it was important to keep my business phone numbe r 4 weeks tomorrow no sim card .Really need your help to resolve this issue. Thankyou for help today
