Sim Card not arrived

Hi, I ordered a SIM card on 8th April 2020 and it has not yet arrived as of 17th April 2020. I have had lots of emails asking how I am getting on and that my payment is due to go out but sadly no SIM.

order reference is 110588658. Account No - 12102216, ID phone number -  07853216332

I have also tried to register for an online account but am unable to get beyond the first page. 

Please advise asap.
