10 days ago I ordered 3 SIM cards for my household, we have been sent Bills and emails asking how we are getting on, But we still have NOT received our SIM cards, we where told 2-3 days for delivery, I did manage to get onto the chat after trying for hours, and was told the sims have been sent but nothing arrived, Not impressed with the service so far, if you can't provide the items available on your website then don't make them available for delivery, Â if they don't arrive tomorrow I will cancel the 3 direct debits and go elsewhere..NOT HAPPY!

1 has turned up just now by the postman for my partners phone, but mine still haven't arrived.
