Where is my phone

ID, understandably we are in a crisis right now, so appreciate where things may have gone wrong, however my phone has gone missing and it’s impossible to reach you. Thursday 28th the phone was being delivered by DPD. The account has been set up, I have received the account number, telephone number and been billed for my first month. But the phone never got delivered and after chasing DPD, going to the depot, tracking down the driver I was told the phone was requested back to Carphone Warehouse. Since 18:34 Friday 29th it’s been showing as in it’s way back to CPW. So I have no phone, I don’t know why it was never delivered and I can’t speak to anyone. Please help.
