Where is my new sim card

i am a new customer and havent received the sim but i have received a bill in which i do not believe is fair i haventr used the product to received a bill

this isnt looking good to me to be honest as a new customer it shows the company isn't reliable

I was supposed to receive my SIM card yesterday and I haven’t received it. My order reference number would be 113230202 could you tell me where it is please since I’ll be leaving for uni tomorrow afternoon

Has the SIM still not arrived?
They tend to turn up between 2-4 days usually via Royal Mail.
