Hi I have purchased a new sim monthly contract a few days ago via mobiles.co.uk and I want to cancel it ( within the first 14 ddays ). It's very difficult to find a way to contact you guys. I feel that I have been tricked as it shows a monthly discount of £5 but it's not true.
I haven't opened the sim card package yet but I received a bill from ID mobiles and I don't want to be charge as I never used it

You’ll need to speak to Mobiles.co.uk who can help get this contract returned due to having purchased it from them directly.

Hi I contacted mobile.co.uk and they told me that they process the cancellation. Could you please as ID mobiles send me also a confirmation for the cancellation? Thanks
