So I recieved my order the 9 of March, I used phone for a while and battery can’t last even 3h with also huge keyboard usage problems
I chat to ID Mobile to return and I get a return number but any email confirmation or information, I over ask and I got said I can return and cancel contract and get refund
But it seems and I feel like I will return phone, I will lose phone, expensive screen protector and I will get a bill of it losing all and being in problems for get a BROKEN PHONE
Can I get clear what to do? Thank you
