I can’t get through to speak to anyone via the chat or by calling!
it’s been a month since receiving my handset and I would really like to be able to set it up and use it as I am paying for it.
i have even tried to see if I can get through to you via the lost and stolen option and now I’ve blocked my handset too.
I’m a bit fed up and had I known that your customer service wasn’t easily accessible I wouldn’t have gone with you.
