I ordered a new sim contract 2 weeks ago, still not delivered.

Is it normal to wait 2 weeks for a sim card and still not recieve it? On the email it said they aim to deliver within 3 working days. After a week I contacted your online agent as its impossible to speak to someone over the phone and she said she had sent a new one my way... Here we are a week later and still nothing! I can't even write to an online agent for an update as its closed due to unknown reasons as its a Wednesday, you mention you are closed on Christmas day and new years but today is the 30th!

What's well out of order is that they start charging you from the day they send the sim, not the day you recieve it, which in my case is the 17th and I still have no sim... Now I can't even contact them for an update or anything till the 2nd Jan - that's if they bother to be open for a live chat as there is no way of talking on the phone with them...
