This is so frustrating! I haven’t received my SIM and I know that it is delivered by Royal Mail but I just need to report it because I don’t want to be paying for 2 contracts (old and new). Why can’t I email or speak to someone. The robot thing is rubbish and navigating the help and support is frustrating.
