Order not delivered (10 days), and cant login, and cant get assistance

Is it just me or is the phone help and chat bot 100% useless and not for for purpose. anyway,

i have ordered a SIM, its not arrived yet (10 days). the site says get in touch,

(that does not work any always hang up).

chat bots are useless and just always say try later.

i cant log in because i had an account years ago (over 6 months), and it says the account is locked and to get in touch (again cant)

now all i want to do is cancel my order as i remember why i left and i cant seem to do this either.

this service needs putting in the bin as its literally not fit for use.
