As stated, had an email on 28th Nov stating had been dispatched via 1st class royal delivery. Still no sim yet I'm paying for the contract, not a good start, if it doesn't arrive before my 30day notice from previous provider runs out I will be left without a contactable phone. Not good for an emergency care worker.

I am sorry to hear that this has happened; I would have expected your SIM card to have arrived by now. So we can have a new one issued as soon as possible, please can you contact us If so, please include your iD Community Username so we can track your issue, along with your full name, full address, contact number and date of birth.
