Returning an upgrade

Hello, I've recently upgraded from a SIM only plan to a pixel 5, however I'm not really happy with the device.

 

I'd like to try it out for a few more days, but if I'm still unhappy is it possible to return the device and either return to my old plan or choose a new device, even though I've used it and activated my new SIM?

Hi there @Jwagster 

If it turns out you don’t like the phone, then within the first 14 days just let us know here (or contact our Live Chat Team) and we can set up a return for you.

Once returned, your iD Mobile plan should return to the one it was before you chose to upgrade providing the tariff is still available to our Tech Team to select.
