SIM card ordered 20/12/20 but not yet arrived.

Hello @CWolf,

Sorry to hear that.

SIM cards take 2-3 days to arrive via Royal Mail.

The festive period + covid-19 has caused Royal Mail to have a backlog of parcels, causing some delays.

Deliveries wouldn’t have been carried out on the 24th, 25th or 26th either.

 

We’ll send you a PM anyway so we can get a replacement sent out.
