Sim card hasn't arrived

Hi, I have ordered a sim card on the 3rd of January, and my sim card hasn’t arrived yet. My current provider will send out my next bill tomorrow and I wanted to swap before it’s happening as I don’t want to pay double. Tried to call you and use the chat, but both were unhelpful

Hi @FNikki,

We are sorry to hear about that. SIM cards can take up to 5 working days to arrive so ordering on the 3rd January would mean it should have been delivered by the 8th at the latest. Did it come yesterday?
