Sim card not arrived since 2 weeks....cannot call anywhere and chatbot is useless (order no 114841062)

this is rather unimpressive for a new customer….how can I resolve this?

Sorry to hear that.

This is due to Royal Mail having a serious backlog with parcels.

I’ll Pm you so we can get a replacement sent out.
