sim cards not arrived after 10 days yet!!!

I have ordered to sim only contracts over 10 days ago and I have received non of them, I have been trying to speak to someone over the phone IMPOSIBLE.

Order number 114621946 and 114621566

If I cant have the sim card  eed help to cancel the contracts, this is not acceptable!

Same issue for me - order was completed 3rd December - still no delivery and no way to contact the company besides this messenger? Very poor service.

Same here… ordered on the 2nd of December and and still no sim… but Direct Debit set up and ready… its a joke.
