SIM has not arrived

I’ve ordered a SIM (30 Dec) which hasn’t arrived.

I’m told I need to ring 0333 003 7777.

As I have no ID SIM, will this be a premium rate from PlusNet

This number (whilst only available for automated self help queries) is free to call from any standard UK allowance as it’s a landline number.
