I’ve received my new mobile as part of my new contract with id mobile but there was no SIM card. Not very impressed and will be cancelling unless someone gets back to me to help

iD Mobile advise 3-5 working days for a SIM card to arrive, by Royal Mail without tracking.
It’s best to get in-touch using the online chat at https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat for immediate assistance with your issue.
The one problem being the customer service team only work until 8pm on weekdays - out-of-hours support is by a chat-bot only.
You can also leave a private message on iD’s social media pages on facebook or Twitter.
Any out-of-hours private messages left on social media are picked-up when the team next start work - anyway, good luck.
