Got my phone on Tuesday. Sim doesn’t work, no way of speaking to anyone as far as I’m aware but I’ve already been sent my first bill. Worst mobile company I’ve ever used. I’m on a pay as you go card now. Complete joke!

  • no customer service number
  • livechat doesn’t work

I’ve cancelled without using the SIM I received

They use 3 network - they should use their support too.
