Am not receiving verification texts from Slovenia?

Hi All,

I’ve tried asking on chat and got nowhere, but I’m not receiving any verification texts from my bank in Slovenia and they think it could be ID blocking them. Is that possible? I don't have them blocked on my phone and this isn't the first time this has happened..

Does your overseas bank have your UK mobile number correct @muzza35? 

The overseas bank would need to be sending to your UK number using the +447 prefix.

Are you receiving OTP/verification texts from everyone else? Is it just the bank in Slovenia that you’re not receiving them from?

Yes it just seems to be them...I’ve pointed out it could be them not me!
