I hope someone can help I have a cubot note 9 I'm on the isle of Man I have normal calls use but cannot connect to mobile data all the usual toggles are on but nothing,so my last check are the APN settings I put my phone in the ID check settings but it did not recognise the phone can anyone help me with these settings

I’m sorry to hear this, I’d recommend using the following APN settings;
Name: iD
APN: id
Username:
Password:
MMSC: http://mms.um.idmobile.co.uk:10021/mmsc\nMMS Proxy: mms.idmobile.co.uk\nMMS APN
Username:
MMS APN
Password:
MMS Port: 8799
*anything blank should be left blank
It’s worth noting that we don’t support any Cubot devices, so our SIM card inside one may not fully work.
