I recently joined Mobile ID and tried to change my phone to my old number but received the below message. When clicking the link is doesn't exist? "We have tried to process your PAC/STAC but we ran into an issue - the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect. Please contact Customer Services www.idmobile.co.uk/contact-us." Tried the online chat and they said sorry we couldn't help? Where do I go next???

Ignore it! It appears that the majority of us customers have received that texts and so far, every time it has been a false alert. I’m confident your port will go ahead as planned. 🤞👍
