Apple pay declined

Hi, I’ve just switched from O2 to iDmobile and my ApplePay now keeps getting declined. Does anyone know how to remedy this? thanks!

Your network plays no part in Apple Pay purchases. Apple Pay is totally independent and works even when you have no signal at all. If you’re having issues with Apple Pay then you need to seek support from Apple.

As @WelshPaul has kindly mentioned, Apple Pay is indeed an Apple feature, so if you’re having issues with them, please do contact Apple, as they should be able to provide additional support with your issue. If Apple state it’s an issue our end however, then please let us know, and we can investigate further.
