Call forwarding is not working

Hi,

 

I have a Pixel 6a, latest Android 13 version, all updates are up-to-date.

I am trying to use the call forwarding option but it throws error. Please see image.

I’d guess iD Mobile don’t support this feature.

If the mobile network operator (iD Mobile) do support the call forwarding feature, then maybe you need a replacement SIM card.

Thank you for your help.

I was not aware a different SIM card is required to have the call forwarding enabled.

I think this feature is enabled at ID Mobile as I can find quite a few threads where people are asking how to disable the option.

Okay @Laszlo, I think quite a few of those threads were posted by people who ported over to iD from another network operator, where call forwarding was supported - EE for example.

The last time we raised this issue, we were told that Call Forwarding was not supported.
