Hi how do i ring a local number

Hello @Paul Cook,

You need to use the dialling code for the local number.

Mobile networks are not like landlines, which know when a number is on the same telephone exchange.

When i ring a local number i keep getting redirected to id mobile .

Is it all numbers, or just local numbers that divert you to iD Mobile?

 

What exactly is the automated message saying once you’ve been diverted? Do messages and data work as expected?
