Hello my partner is trying to order a new phone and contract through you and is having some trouble he has done it twice and got the email saying success and a order number but no money has been taken for his upfront and no further emails have been sent how will he know if his order has actually been successful?

The order items might be out-of-stock, despite being available to order online.

I’d recommend the account holder getting in contact with the sales team on 0207 1391 397 to double check the order and ensuring there’s only one should they only want one.
