can not get reception so can not receive pass code

I bought a new 4G phone as my 3G has poor reception.

I need a nano sim card to fit the new phone, my existing sim is not compatable.

I get poor reception and can not receive passwords and I forgot my password 

so I can not access chat.

Any advice please how to get a new sim card?

Welcome to the Community!

If you have an old SIM card you can look at getting a new one from Curry’s free of charge.

Alternatively if you prefer for us to get one sent out in the post we can send you a PM.

Please let us know which you prefer.

Hi @Kash. The nearest Curry’s miles away and I have no car.

How would I get a nano sim sent to me please?

My monthy bill is emailed but I forgot my password to show account no and chat.

Hey @Stan Cartwright,

We can get a new SIM sent via DPD, however, just note that our SIM cards are 3-in-1 so you can pop the smaller size out as needed.

Have you tried to pop out the Nano SIM as pictured?

You are correct. I did not see it was a “pop out” sim. I will try the nano card in my new phone.

Thank you for the advice.

Unfortunately, I have ordered a new ID mobile £6 a month sim card so see what happens 

with the existing card.

If you purchased a new contract, this would run separately to your current one.

If you don’t want this, we will be able to process a return/cancellation for you.

Let me know if you want me to PM you here and we’ll get this new one cancelled so you just have one (your existing) contract only.

Hi @Mohammed. The new ID Mobile sim arrived today but I used my existing sim now I realise it had a pop out nano sim.

My old phone was 3G only so probably why I had no indoor reception.

My new phone is 4G and I get indoor reception ok and keep my old number.

I would like to cancel the new sim card as I will not be using it. account number  12855961.
