Can't access the iD mobile website.

Hi,

I'm unable to access the iD mobile website, just the community. I was planning on raising a complaint through the live chat support, but I'm getting the following error when visiting idmobile.co.uk.

 

"The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.

Your support ID is: 6399071886524852097"

 

Anyone from staff able to advise? Thank you.

Hey @legerdemain,

The issue is down to cookies preventing access.

Try also incognito or private browsing or clearing cookies as this should work.

The issue has been fed back internally to be fixed.

Can't access the i.d mobile website to login to help my parents who are abroad as they can't ring out or receive calls!

Have you tried resetting the password?

The code will be required which is sent to the SIM card.

If you require any further assistance the account holder will need to get in touch directly.
