can't receive calls or text since porting

I can’t receive incoming calls or texts since I moved my number over from EE I can’t find no help with iD mobile can someone help me please?

Sounds like it could be an issue with the port then.

I moved my number from EE over to Id mobile on the 14th of feb since then know one can get through to my phone my number has no dial tone my data slow and not all my texts are coming through can someone help me please?

Better to the online chat service to get assistance @Jonny.gomez2023 - it’ll be faster to get help.

Using your web browser, goto https://idmobile.co.uk/live-chat - the iD agents work until 8pm weekdays (6pm at weekends). 

I have done that and got no where my opinion isn’t in the drop down and know 1 replies

Try getting in-touch using Facebook (with Messenger), or Twitter (by DM). 
The iD social media customer support team work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).

What date were you given for the port to complete on?
