Can’t text charities or BBC

I can’t send a text to charity numbers, raffles or talk shows such as the BBC runs. I HAVE premium enabled and I have NO cap set. Any ideas please?

Hi @BW55533,

I am sorry to hear about that. Which phone do you have? Some devices may be set up to block messages to short code numbers, even when your phone account has them activated so checking the settings may help.

What error message are you receiving when you try? Have you tried disabling iMessenger when attempting to message these numbers?

Hi. iPhone red exclamation mark saying not delivered. iMessage is off.

Had similar experiences myself with Vodafone in the past. What worked for me was toggling on the bar and waiting 20 minutes before toggling it back off. Try doing that with ID Mobile’s Premium bar?
