Also, the iD staff usually only read user posts in this forum once a day, sometimes less frequently.
Perhaps it might be quicker to ask about this using the online iD live chat service, otherwise you could try privately by using Facebook Messenger, or X (Twitter) DM.
The agents work until 8pm on weekdays (6pm at weekends).
Anyway, should you cancel an iD contract, within the contract minimum term, you will have to pay an early termination charge.

If the warehouse team have received your return parcel they should process any returns in the next 24 hours, soon after that you’ll receive a final bill email to confirm the cancellation of the account.
It may be worth contacting the team you’ve arranged the return through, or if you’d prefer we can contact you via the forum private messages to take a look, let us know if you’d like us to get in touch.
