Hello, I requested my PAC code today and my phone immediately stopped working. I’m still not sure if I want to switch networks, I was just getting the code ready incase. Please can you reactive my phone - I really need to be able to use it in the meantime and as I am paying for the full month I should still be able to use it. Thanks.

How did you request the PAC?
Your service shouldn’t have been terminated as a result of requesting one regardless of how you went about obtaining it.
Hello
Once a PAC is given you have 30 days to use the PAC code, if the PAC is not used your account would remain activated.
Your phone would not disconnect upon requesting a PAC code.
Have you tried turning your phone off and back on again, its a simple suggestion and helps in most cases?
